Payment for all Membership Plans, tier upgrades, and annual subscriptions shall be handled and processed by Adzmode. By purchasing a Gold or Platinum Membership, you acknowledge and agree that Adzmode acts as the official merchant of record and payment handling entity for Sikh Business Network.
SBN offers Growth (Free), Gold, and Platinum membership tiers. Tier features—such as weekly contact lookup limits, chapter meeting access, and WhatsApp group permissions—are granted according to your active subscription or earned referral status.
Free plan upgrades earned through the SBN Referral Program require valid, verified sign-ups. Any attempt to artificially generate fake accounts to trigger reward thresholds will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of rewards.
Members agree to use SBN solely for lawful business networking and promotional purposes. You agree not to post false, misleading, offensive, or fraudulent business information, or scrape directory data.
SBN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the community, without prior notice.
